My Top 10 Comic Books of the Decade – Part 1 of 2

My Top 10 Comic Books of the Decade - Part 1 of 2

I had fun writing my “Video Games of the Decade” posts so I’m going to make a repeat of that with a different subject matter and my true passion: comics. A “Top 10″ of single issues would drive me insane (one single issue does make it to the list though) so I’ll be focusing on [...]

Thoughts on the War Update.

Thoughts on the War Update.

The Team Fortress 2 War Update has been out for a while now and, though the Demomen have lost an item, the continuing battle between RED and BLU rages on. The update gave us a total of seven weapons, two maps, a crafting system and a few tweaks and changes, most notably the Scout’s Sandman [...]

Sketchbook Update – Christmas Edition

Just to be clear, there is no Christmas related content in any of the following scans (unless you count the naked women) but hey, it is the 25th of December so what the hell? “Christmas Edition” it is. The rest of the scans are in the Sketchbook 2009 page but I’ve posted some of my [...]

Mass Effect 2 is going to kick so much ass.

January 26th, 2010. What else comes out in January? No More Heroes 2 and Bayonetta. Three of my most anticipated games just days between one another. This is ridiculous.

A “The Princess and the Frog” review.

A

The Princess and the Frog is Disney’s first traditionally animated feature film since 2004 and, for that reason alone, I’ve been keeping a close eye on it through its development ups and downs. Directed by Ron Clements and John Musker, this movie has big shoes to fill as it attempts to resuscitate a dying breed [...]

In regards to PixelJunk Shooter and the DLC model.

In regards to PixelJunk Shooter and the DLC model.

I’ve been an avid fan of the PixelJunk games since I discovered Monsters and, even though Eden was perhaps more frustrating than fun, I thought Shooter was shaping up nicely after screens and videos of it started to materialize. It’s out now and I’ve finished it and it’s quite good. I think Shooter is a [...]

Demoman War Propaganda.

Valve made a call to arms a few days ago. In the midst of the Soldier vs. Demoman craze, in which either Solly or the Demo gets an exclusive weapon in the upcoming War Update, they created a contest in which fans had to create a propaganda poster for the conflict. I’ve been wanting to [...]

My Top 10 Video Games of the Decade – Part 2 of 2

Yeah, I know. If you look at my previous post and do the math, you can figure out four of the top five games listed below by just looking at the image above but hey, it’s not about the destination, it’s about the journey. Or something like that. My excuse is that I hadn’t finalized [...]

Cyborg Ninja vs. Pirate Robot

I’ve been wanting to draw this hot topic of debate for a while now. It’s mostly an inking exercise and I actually did it about a week ago. I uploaded it to this site only shortly after that so it’s been sitting in the gallery for a few days now, waiting for me to write [...]
