Absolute Green Lantern: Rebirth next year.
It looks like Green Lantern: Rebirth is getting the Absolute treatment next year.
For many reasons (shelf space and price chief amongst them) I’ve been very judicious as to which books I buy in the oversized Absolute format. So far, Watchmen has been my one and only Absolute purchase, though I’ve considered getting Absolute Kingdom Come many times also (and hope to someday). Now I can add a possible third title to that list.
Green Lantern: Rebirth is a very special book to me that managed to do two things: 1) It introduced me to the larger Green Lantern mythology that I had only experienced peripherally up until that point and 2) It made me a fan of both Geoff Johns and Ethan Van Sciver.
I’ve had the regular hardcover of Rebirth for some time and I’ve read it dozens and dozens of times. Will I still buy Absolute Green Lantern: Rebirth?
