“About” page levels up!
I finally updated the “About” page.
I just threw the most important stuff about me on there and I drew a self-portrait for it like I said I wanted to a while back.
I probably haven’t done a self-portrait since college so it was fun. I just went in roughly and lightly with a blue pencil and then just regular graphite all the way. I cheated though and when I brought it into Photoshop for cropping and contrast, I put the reference picture in a layer underneath the drawing and used meshes to fix the stuff that was off. I ultimately left the original photograph underneath it and changed the pencil layer mode to Linear Burn for the finished result which looks nicer than just the pencilwork, I think.
The “About” page is really just for my contact info, which is really just my e-mail address, which isn’t anywhere else on the site.
I also added a few plugins to hopefully raise awareness of this site so that maybe, just maybe, I can get 3 regular readers instead of 2.
