Miles Morales: Spider-Man

I didn’t really like my last piece so I set out to redeem myself and may have done my best piece yet.

Without getting into it too much, let’s just say that my initial knee-jerk reaction to Miles Morales was “oh great, publicity stunt” but the more I read about it, the more I realized that Bendis and crew will do a great job on the title regardless. And hey, the ethnicity of the person behind the mask shouldn’t matter, right?

But yeah, lines on SAI and coloring and the rest in Photoshop. It’s funny how the last character I used this particular method of coloring on has not only pretty much the same palette but also a very similar costume.
